A Day at the Fair

Grandma, Preston, Grace and I went to the State Fair today. It was a lot of fun and very exhausting. Here are some pictures.

Here we are at the start of our day. I thought the upsidedown sunglasses were cute.

We had a yummy corn dog for lunch

Grandma helpped Preston go on a pony ride.

He LOVED it!

Then he and I went to the petting (I guess you could say Gracie went to, she is in the wrap I am wearing)

As you can see we had a long day

We were on our way out of the fair and I was congratulating myself on how I had only spent 3 dollars on the feed for the animals and then I saw this:

We will call it Alan's valentines day gift!

Pretty Bows

I ordered Gracie some bows to put in her hair. When they came in the mail yesterday I thought they were so cute! I was obsessed with taking her picture. I got some really great shots!

This morning in true Preston fashion he was running around with only a diaper on. I thought he looked cute playing quietly (a very rare occurrence!) So I snapped a pic.

Here is one of him and me. He is blowing a kiss.

Look Mom I am Wearing Pants!

Well I think this post will be a first! Preston is wearing pants in every one of these pictures!
Preston went to the Zoo yesterday with Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Brie, Uncle Adam and Kayden. Unfortunately, all of those pictures were deleted off of Brianne’s camera. I however dressed him before he left and thought he looked pretty cute so here he is Farmer Preston!

This morning I dressed Preston for church and thought he looked so grown up!

Gracie also looked pretty cute for church today.

After I took a few pictures with Grace, Preston wanted in on the action

Then we tried to add Kayden in

As you can see we were not very successful!

You have seen Preston's Fire Helmet, he also has a Fire Truck. He was pretending to be a fireman.

Quiet is never a good thing with kids!

I tried to put Preston down for a morning nap and he just was not having it. He would cry or talk or yell for a few minutes and then he was quiet for 10 minutes or so before he started back up again. When I went in to get him this is what I found:

He had reached the wipes bag and had pulled half of the wipes out and dumped them on the floor!
The poor kid is really starting to miss his daddy! I just can’t play with him as rough or fun as daddy can and he is missing an outlet to get out all that energy. The next two weeks could not go by fast enough!
Grace is getting cuter each day! I don’t remember Preston smiling this early.

All Smiles!

Gracie is smiling more and more each day. Today I finally caught her on camera.

She has a case of Cradle Crap as I call it, a plugged tear duct and baby acne! Poor thing. None of them seem to bother her!

My parents are giving us their old washer and dryer for when we move. So they had to get new ones. The ones they got are the fancy new front load washer and dryer. Well Preston is absolutely fascinated by the, he sits on the stairs and watches them and yesterday morning walked into the laundry room and said, "WOW, look at that"

As you all have figured out Preston never wears pants around the house. When he got up from his nap this afternoon, he had his white shirt from church on and his black dress socks. I just couldn't resist the picture opportunity:

As you can see the no pants thing has been the case from the beginning (I guess I can't really use the squirmy excuse, since this picture was taken when he was about 3 months old!)

Last but not least, some of you know I am not a big fan of feet, especially ones touching me. I have to admit though; I find baby feet to be the cutest things ever.
