Yummy
OK, so I have become obsessed with making things on a daily basis. I think I am crazy! Recently I have made, bread, pizza, cake mix cookies(I didn't like them) and my most difficult croissants from scratch. All and all it is a 12-14 hour process including an overnight rise. They turned out pretty good, they could have been a little saltier but that will be for next time, here are the finished product:

Heather, the croissants were VERY good. I don't think I have ever had homemade croissants but you made me want to try them!!!!!
Look at you go, little miss baker! I want the recipe-they look awesome!
